Let's assume you've purchased a BUNN Ultra 2 from us, which we have installed and trained you and your staff in useage and maintenance of.
After using the bonus load of stock we give you with your purchase (enough to make over $3000), you begin purchasing concentrates, cups and straws from us.
A bottle of 2 litre concentrate costs $12.50. This makes 11 litres of slush (a tankful).
11 litres is 11000mls.
Let's say you are using 200ml cups and are selling them for $2 each.
11000mls divided by 200mls, equals 55 slushies per bottle. Let's say 50 to allow for staff sneaking a few freebies in.
50 slushies at $2 a piece, is $100. That's gross, per bottle.
Take the cost of the bottle, $12.50, off that and you have $87.50.
A sleeve of 50 (200ml) cups is $2.20. 50 spoon-straws is $1.10. So, to serve 50 slushies there is $3.30 in packaging.
Take that off the $87.50 profit you currently have and you are left with $84.20, net profit. That's from an investment of $12.50.
That's well over 600% net profit.
Portability
These machines only need a standard powerpoint to run. No plumbing or anything else is needed.
So, what does this mean for you?

This is the control panel. As you can see, it's backlit screen is easily visible in the dark - ideal if you want one for a bar or nightclub. Cleaning Guide - Leads the operator through a nine step cleaning procedure. The machine automatically shuts down the bits you are cleaning as you go!
Set Consistency - Allows the operator to adjust the consistency of the ice (like climate control for ice).
Night/Day Mode - Allows the dispenser to power down during off hours. During night mode, the product is kept chilled to below 35 degrees Farenheit, so you don't have to emtpy your tanks each day and refrigerate it overnight. Essentially, the machine becomes a fridge when in night mode. Just set the daily time for it to switch to night mode, plus the "wake up" time in the morning, then forget!
Defrost P.M. Reminder - P.M.s, or "preventative maintenance", is essential for a piece of machinery that runs constantly. With the BUNN, these are required twice a year (yes, we can do them for you). P.M. reminder is a feature where the machine will tell you when it's P.M. time, in case you forget.
